Ms. Vivian H. JIANG graduated from South West University in 2009, majoring applied chemistry, and joined intellectual property industry in 2010. Vivian engaged in procedure management of IP-related affairs for many years, and is familiar with the whole procedure of Chinese patent application, PCT application, reexamination, invalidation and litigation. She leads her team to handle all routine work in IP-related affairs, and solves quite difficult issues occurred during the routines. She does a lot of statistics, closely follows the examination developments of patent applications and reports them to the clients, and provides general consultations on IP-related affairs for clients.
